OK.
We will proceed. Can I ask you - is Saturday morning acceptable to resolve this? At that time, I will make some detailed screen shot to help you step by step. It is now late here in Australia, and I have a full day tomorrow for my "day job". Saturday morning will allow me to have sufficient time to provide detailed instructions. Please confirm.

OK.
Here are the ways we can proceed. You can select any of these that you prefer.
1. We can do a "remote desktop" session. I personally like team viewer. If we pick this option, you install team viewer on your PC. You will then share your desktop with an auto generated one time password. You will then login to your server, and I will show you exactly how to install. Note: After this is complete, your desktop PC will still be secure... since it is a one-time password. You can also uninstall team viewer.
2. You can temporarily change your admin and root password on your server. I will login, and take screen captures of the steps required to install php.
3. I can build a new server of my own. During this process, I can do screen captures of all of the critical steps so you can see absolutely every step to install a package via newlinq. The only possible issue with this approach is even after doing this, you may still have problems on your server. If we pick option 1 or 2, it guarantees success.
Please advise how you would like to proceed.

OK. This is not a proxmox issue ... I will do it on my server. Please confirm what version of blue onyx you are using.
1. Change the password in the shop.
2. If you want testing on proxmox, you will have to build me a VPS on your proxmox server, and give me admin password. There is no other way I can do #3 - I cannot build proxmox server here.

I am really getting frustrated here.
I read your question very clearly, and gave a simple and concise answer. I told you to change the password in the shop. This was a very simple clear instruction. This is the same password for newlinq. The password is NOT stored on your server in any way shape or form. The password for newlinq is ONLY stored in the shop. If you want to link a new package to a purchase - and you want to change the password, the only place to change it is in the shop.
On the promox topic - I said "If you want testing on proxmox". I do not have a proxmox server. I do have an aventurine server. I offered previously to build a VPS on Aventurine, but you said "But never been successful with ProxmoxVE". If you want testing on proxmox, you will need to provide a proxmox VPS. If you want me to show you instructions on a generic VPS, I can do that. I don't really care which one you want. Its your call.
What I will say is this. You seem to have some strange immature concepts around security. My suggestion to you was for you to build a VPS. This could be a new test server, with a completely different password. Once I finish giving you screen shots, you can delete the whole VPS. Why would this be a problem? You appear to be making all of this harder than it really needs to be.

1. Yes. It is no problem. I told you to change it in the shop. It is no problem.
2. The term "time and materials" is an english term that means I charge on an hourly basis for services. My current hourly rate is $200AUD per hour, plus any other costs/expenses. Yes, I have clients using proxmox and virtuoso. I don't have it myself. All of my other clients allow me to logon to their server. If they are particularly paranoid, they would create a separate VPS where I can test and help them - and then they delete the VPS, and replicate to their production.
How we proceed is your choice. Tell me what you want. Some options are
1. Teamviewer. You see everything I do. You are secure via this method, since i never get password to your server.
2. You give password details to me for an existing server. You can change it before and after I logon.
3. You create a new VPS, and provide password for the new server. I will test, and provide clear instructions. You can delete the VPS once you are satisfied.
4. I can do the screenshots on a VPS that I build with Aventurine.
To be honest, every other client gives me a password to their server. You are the only person that is excessively paranoid to receive support via our standard methods.
Just tell me what you want.

are you ready? Is a server built?
Your transaction will be refunded and this ticket will be closed. Sorry. You make it too hard to support. I provide support to banks and government departments every day... They are not so paranoid as to make support this difficult.
Your order has been refunded. Sorry, we cannot do business together.
