In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.


You can open a ticket here, but the preferred method is to open a ticket from your server in the user interface. To do this, you need to be running a recent version of BlueOnyx. When you open a ticket using this method, you can also attach a diagnostic dump to the ticket that will help to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
