Frequently Asked Question

What do I do about a NewLinQ Support / Maintenance alert in active monitor?
Last Updated 11 years ago

A warning in Active Monitor about Support / Maintenance indicates that there is a new version of the package available that is available, but you do not have access to the update as the expiry date for your maintenance has expired. There are two things you can do to clear the alert.

Option 1: Disable Active Monitor for Support / Maintenance status

Login to the BlueOnyx console and perform the following tasks

  1. Click on Active Monitor
  2. Click on settings.
  3. Click on Support / Maintenance status in the components monitored box. (You may have to scroll down).
  4. Click the right arrow button to move this item to the un-monitored list.

Option 2: Purchase a maintenance renewal

If you wish, you can purchase a maintenance renewal to get the most recent version of the application in question. The renewal will add 12 months to your previous expiry date to give you a new maintenance expiry date. Note: After your purchase, this will require a manual process that may take a couple of days in our back-end to update the expiry date before this is visible on your server.
